感应加热因控制灵活、热效率高,不污染环境等特性在工件热处理中得了广泛的应用。针对重载下难于启动,探讨了电磁感应加热中频电源的启动策略,分析了电流型中频感应加热电源难于启动的原由,研究了启动控制参数之间的约束关系,讨论了整流触发角选取等原则,最后给出了成功启动控制的条件。基于MATLAB仿真软件,借助实验仿真验证了提出启动策略的正确性。实验结果表明:提出的参数优选策略是可行与合理的。
Induction heating due to flexible control, high thermal efficiency, non-polluting the environment and other characteristics of the workpiece has been widely used in heat treatment. In view of the difficulty of starting under heavy load, this paper discusses the starting strategy of electromagnetic induction heating IF power supply, analyzes the reason why current type IF induction heating power is difficult to start, studies the restraint relationship between startup control parameters, Finally, the conditions for successful start-up control are given. Based on the MATLAB simulation software, the correctness of the proposed strategy is verified by experimental simulation. The experimental results show that the proposed strategy of parameter optimization is feasible and reasonable.
