马头电厂7号炉高温对流过热器、高温再热器和屏式过热器大量使用了φ42×5mm钢102管.在1983年、1986年及1987年高过、高再出入口联箱管座12Cr1MoV与钢102氩弧焊对接焊缝中,钢102侧由焊缝边缘沿周向焊趾处发生断裂.金相分析认为系再热裂纹应力作用发展所致见图1.
