目的:探讨复元活血汤治疗胸膜肿瘤引起的疼痛的病机和疗效,为缓解胸膜肿瘤疼痛提供有效的中医治疗方法。方法:采用李东垣复元活血汤加减治疗胸膜肿瘤引起的疼痛,观察患者NRS评分、精神状态等变化及其可能的副作用。结果:经观察,复元活血汤止痛起效较快,患者总体NRS评分降低,精神状态明显改善,无明显副作用。结论:复元活血汤方加减可明显改善患者胸膜肿瘤病变引起的疼痛,在现代医学三阶梯止痛治疗效果欠佳时,为镇痛治疗提供了另一有效的中医治疗途径。
Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis and curative effect of Fuyuanhuoxue Decoction in the treatment of pleural tumor-induced pain and to provide an effective TCM treatment for alleviating pleural tumor pain. Methods: The pain caused by pleural tumor was treated with Li Dong Yuan Fu Yuan Huo Xue Tang, and the changes of NRS score, mental status and other possible side effects were observed. Results: It has been observed that the Fanyuxuoxue decoction has a quick onset of analgesia, the overall NRS score decreased, mental status improved obviously, and no obvious side effects were found. Conclusion: Fufanghuoxue Decoction can significantly improve the pain caused by pleural tumor lesions in patients with modern medical three-step analgesic treatment of poor results for the analgesic treatment provides an effective way of Chinese medicine treatment.
