拇腕掌关节是手关节中活动幅度最大的关节,可作伸、屈、收、展和旋转运动,是拇指稳定与活动的基石。但创伤等原因所致的拇腕掌关节缺损,将严重影响手的活动度,而且治疗相当困难。作者设计了吻合血管的第2跗跖部分关节移植重建拇腕掌关节,经临床应用3例,效果满意,实现其部分功能。为临床提供了一种新的治疗方法。为配合新术式的开展,本文对第2跗跖关节及其背侧血供进行较为详尽的解剖学观察,设计了多种血管蒂的第2跗跖部分关节移植重建拇腕掌关节的新术式。临床部分另文发表,现将有关的解剖学研究报告如下。 The wrist of the wrist is the joint with the largest range of motion in the hand and joint, which can be used for stretching, flexing, closing, exhibition and rotation.
