本文通过对小学体育运动训练理念创新研究,对现在小学生运动训练量与强度的关系进行分析,认真开发运动训练负荷潜能的研究,对小学生运动训练的负荷的临界点进行开发。我们在训练中必须结合小学生的身心特点,分析运动项目的本质特点,把各个专项训练进行针对性的训练。对小学现有的运动量和运动内容进行优化,做到运动训练负荷与强度环节相互连接,所有的训练都必须根据比赛需要来制定方案,做到科学合理的安排运动训练的量和强度,使小学生的身体能力能够接受这一负荷,以期待最大限度的提高小学生的运动成绩。
Based on the innovative research on concept of primary school sports training, this paper analyzes the relationship between the current level of primary school students’ training and strength, develops the potential of sports training load, and develops the critical point of primary school sports training load. We must combine the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students in the training, analyze the essential characteristics of the sports, and carry out targeted training for each special training.
