课堂是教育实施的主阵地。现今我国的教学组织形式主要以集体授课为主而采用小组合作、探究学习、个别化指导等多种教学组织形式。新课程改革中提出:要重视学生的课堂主体性地位和个性化发展,注重学生能力的培养,提倡因材施教,以人为本。但当前,我国小学教育的教学组织形式虽然十分重视学生在课堂中的主体地位,教师也意识到应该发挥学生的学习自主性,并且经常鼓励学生参与各种教学活动,给予他们展示的平台和发表观点的机会。如何让教师意识到的变为现实,这是十分重要和亟待解决的问题。课堂自组织教学形式似一沐春风,给课堂注入了新鲜元素,带来了新气象。
