1995年,湖北省枣阳市的城镇企业临时工特别是农民临时工,参加养老保险出现了一个高潮。仅这年第4季度,新参加农民临时工养老保险的企业就达66家,参保人数1000多人,缴纳养老保险基金86万多元。到年底,枣阳市参加临时工养者保险的企业已达165家,参保临时工3600多人,累计缴纳基本养老保险费265.74万元,基金的正常收缴率达100％。在枣阳市企业临时工参加养老保险已不再是梦,而是实实在在的事情。 在枣阳市为什么有这么多的临时工特别是农民临时工参加养老保险,基金收缴率又如此之高,且参加养老的企业和人数还在不断地增加?我们了解,主要原因是:
In 1995, temporary workers of urban enterprises in Zaoyang City, Hubei Province, especially temporary workers of peasants, participated in the endowment insurance and reached a climax.
