目的:研究肉豆蔻挥发油对小鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P450的影响。方法:肉豆蔻挥发油按0.4,0.8,1.2mg·g-1剂量每天灌胃2次,连续10d后,用紫外分光光度法检测肝脏微粒体细胞色素P450(CYP)、细胞色素B5(Cytb5)、丙二醛(MDA)和血清谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)的含量。结果:用药小鼠的肝脏微粒体CYP,Cytb5和血清中GST含量显著增加(P<0.01),并呈现一定的剂量依赖性;而肝脏MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:肉豆蔻挥发油对小鼠肝微粒体CYP具有诱导作用。
Objective: To study the effect of nutmeg volatile oil on the liver microsomal cytochrome P450 in mice. Methods: The volatile oil of cardamom was administered orally at the doses of 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 mg · g-1 twice daily for 10 days. The contents of cytochrome P450 (CYP), cytochrome B5 (Cytb5) Malondialdehyde (MDA) and serum glutathione transferase (GST) content. Results: The contents of CYP, Cytb5 and serum GST in liver microsomes were significantly increased (P <0.01), and showed a dose-dependent manner. However, the content of MDA in liver decreased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: Nutmeg volatile oil has an effect on the CYP of liver microsome in mice.
