基于目前临床应用的小分子钆类磁共振成像(MRI)造影剂所存在的安全隐患以及毒副作用,研发低毒、稳定、高效的新型核磁共振造影剂已成为医学影像学的研究热点之一.随着研究的不断深入,多种以多糖、蛋白、树枝状大分子、聚氨基酸为载体的新型含钆造影剂在显示出高的弛豫效率、分布特异性或优异的生物相容性的同时,展现出良好的病灶靶向性.因此,将小分子含钆造影剂与大分子载体相结合,是获得高弛豫效率、安全低毒且具有靶向性的新型磁共振成像造影剂的有效策略.本文对目前研究中具有不同大分子载体的核磁共振造影剂进行归纳整理,对明确该类造影剂的发展方向有重要意义.“,”Magnetic Resonance Imaging has been utilized in clinical all body systems’ imaging diagnosis,at the same time,researchers usually take advantage of MRI contrast agents to magnify the contrast in signal differences and improve the image sharpness and resolution.A variety of new gadolinium-containing contrast agents with polysaccharides,proteins,dendrimers and polyamino acids as carriers exhibit high relaxation efficiency,distribution specificity or excellent biocompatibility,while exhibiting good lesion targeting.Therefore,the combination of small molecules contrast agent and macromolecule carrier is an effective strategy for obtaining a new magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent with high relaxation efficiency and low toxicity.
