一、问题的提出 石油钻机多是利用绞车缠绕钢丝绳,通过天车,带动游动系统上下运动,从而实现接单根、起下钻、下套管等作业。工作中,有时因操作不当或设备发生故障。会发生碰天车的恶性事故,造成严重顿钻、卡钻及悬吊系统砸坏转盘,甚至危及操作人员的人身安全。这种事故虽不多见,但危害性极大,必须引起足够的重视。 防止发生碰天车事故,当然是要加强操作人员的责任心,严格执行岗位责任制,按操作规程办事。但是设计安全可靠的防碰天车装置,并且好装好用,也是一个重要方面。只有这样,才能做到防患于未然。
