随着限购令的出台和生效,许多地区的房价市场得到稳定和改善,但也引发了很多地区的“睡城”现象。限购令的实施导致人们蜂拥向没有限购令的一二线城市的城郊地区购置房产,致使城郊房价快速上涨的同时,也形成了城郊楼盘只用于睡觉的“睡城”现象。而解决“睡城”现象最好的办法就是将限购令的施行范围铺开来。
