针对大转速齿轮泵进口腔空化程度严重问题,运用全空化理论,分析不同转速等级对进口腔油液流动稳定性、泵吸油能力影响。以CBAK型齿轮泵为例,建立齿轮泵及侧板槽内的流体动力学模型,运用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)技术及全空化理论,可视化地对不同转速等级下齿轮泵进口腔流体空化的瞬时状态进行数值模拟。结果表明进口腔空化形态有利于进口腔的流动稳定性,但却大大降低了泵的吸油能力。
Aiming at the serious problem of cavity cavitation in high speed gear pump, the full cavitation theory is used to analyze the influence of different rotational speed grades on the flow stability of oil chamber and the ability of pump oil absorption. Taking CBAK gear pump as an example, the fluid dynamics model of gear pump and side plate groove is established. By using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) technology and full cavitation theory, the cavitation of the inlet fluid of gear pump under different speed grades is visualized. The transient state of the numerical simulation. The results show that the cavitation morphology of the inlet cavity is favorable for the flow stability of the inlet cavity, but greatly reduces the oil absorption capacity of the pump.
