目的探讨黄芎汤对脑出血急性期大鼠血浆中内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响,寻求黄芎汤治疗脑出血急性期的实验依据。方法以放免法测定急性期血浆ET、CGRP含量。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组ET及CGRP含量升高,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。黄芎汤大剂量组与模型组比较,ET含量明显降低,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);CGRP含量升高,但差异无显著性。结论黄芎汤能降低急性脑出血大鼠血浆中ET的含量,据此及有关ET生物活性的研究可知,黄芎汤能减轻由于脑出血造成的脑血管痉挛,调节脑出血大鼠血管舒缩功能,改善缺血脑组织的供血供氧。
Objective To investigate the effects of Huangqi Decoction on plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage, and to seek the experimental basis of Huangqi Decoction in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to determine plasma ET and CGRP levels in acute phase. Results Compared with the normal control group, the contents of ET and CGRP in the model group increased, and the difference was extremely significant (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the high-dose Huangqi Decoction group significantly decreased the ET content (P<0.01); the CGRP content increased, but the difference was not significant. Conclusion Huangqi Decoction can reduce the plasma ET levels in rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage. According to the results of the study on ET biological activity, Huangqi Decoction can reduce the cerebral vasospasm caused by cerebral hemorrhage and regulate the vasomotion of rats with intracerebral hemorrhage. Function to improve blood supply and oxygen supply to ischemic brain tissue.
