卵巢勃勒纳氏瘤(Brenner tumor)较为少见,恶性者极为罕见,现报告1例如下。患者女,66岁,绝经18年后发现右下腹轻微疼痛伴肿块1年,近日明显增大,阴道无出血,白带不多。查体,右下腹可触及一囊实性肿物,凹凸不平,活动差。手术所见:右卵巢增大,约20×18×18cm,表面结节状,质硬,余均正常。巨检,右卵巢呈灰白淡褐色不整形肿物,12×7×6cm,包膜完整,切面部分为实性,灰白色, Ovarian Brenner tumor (Brenner tumor) is rare, malignant extremely rare, is now reported in 1 case as follows.
