The authors of this article investigated the acidity of acid-fatty alcohol-water ternary systems using the Grameme Actuator. The relationship between the acidity of the solution in the ternary system and its degree of structuring was determined. It is pointed out that the gammett acid function can be used as a sensitive parameter for the degree of water structuring. Recently, there has been an increasing interest in the issue of the balance of the properties of media in aqueous solutions, especially the effect on acid-base balance [1-4]. In the meantime, in order to study the acidity of concentrated aqueous solutions, non-aqueous solutions and mixed solutions, the method using the alkaline indicator proposed by Gummet [5] has been widely used.
