以怀槐茎皮、茎材(茎皮+心材)、心材为材料,无水乙醇浸提4-5d,薄层层析分离后,经紫外分光光度法及显色反应定性分析,结果表明:怀槐各部位中均含有多酚类化合物.用氧化还原滴定法对不同龄级的怀槐茎中多酚类化合物的含量进行动态分析、结果表明:在8月份采集的材料中,多酚类化合物的含量普遍低于6月份的含量(P<0.05).“,”The pine, stalk and heartwood of Maakia amuransis were extracted by ethyl alcohol for 4-5d and separated by lamella chromatogrophy.The separated liquid was analyzed using UN-VIS spectrophotometer and color-showed reaction.
