目的利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定食品中的硼元素,计算食品中的硼酸含量。方法食品样品采用微波消解仪按设定程序消解,消解液采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定。对ICP-OES测定硼元素的仪器条件进行优化。结果在0.100~5.000g/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性,标准曲线为Y=63.38X+38.14,相关系数r为0.9997。本方法检出限为3.54μg/g。结论该方法是一种快速、有效的测定食品中硼酸的分析方法,可应用于市售的多种食品中的硼酸含量的测定。
Objective To determine the content of boric acid in foods by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Methods The food sample was digested by microwave digestion instrument according to the set procedure. The digestion solution was determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The ICP-OES instrument is optimized for the determination of boron. The results showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.100 ~ 5.000g / mL with the standard curve of Y = 63.38X + 38.14 and the correlation coefficient r of 0.9997. The detection limit of this method is 3.54μg / g. Conclusion This method is a rapid and effective method for the determination of boric acid in foodstuffs. It can be applied to the determination of boric acid in many kinds of foodstuffs on the market.
