目的 建立快捷的空气中拉维因的采样及测定方法。方法 采用30 ~60 目的聚酰胺吸附剂管采集空气中的拉维因,经氯仿萃取后用火焰光度检测的气相色谱法直接测定其含量,并用该法对菜田喷施现场和生产车间进行了空气监测。结果 空气中拉维因的最低检出浓度为005 mg/m 3 ,线性范围为0 ~10m g/m 3 ,平均加标回收率为9842 % ~1004 % ,变异系数为28 % ~44 % 。结论 该监测方法效果满意。
Objective To establish a quick sampling and determination method of Ravine in air. Methods The rabbits in the air were collected by polyamide adsorbent tubes with 30 ~ 60 mesh. After extraction with chloroform, the content of lavas was determined by gas chromatography with flame photometric detection. The method was applied to field and production workshop Air monitoring. Results The minimum detectable concentration of lavenine in air was 005 mg / m 3, the linear range was 0 ~ 10 m g / m 3, and the average recovery was 9842% -1004%. The coefficient of variation 2 8% ~ 4 4%. Conclusion The monitoring method is satisfactory.
