利尿剂治疗可对心电图运动反应产生假阳性反应。曾有人提出,即使血清钾水平正常,细胞内钾亦可减少,引起运动反应 ST 段异常移位。本研究的目的是探讨利尿剂治疗对运动反应 ST 段的影响。对象和方法研究人选由20名健康男性志愿者组成,年龄18~35岁,无心血管疾病的临床征象。每一位受试者均经查询病史和体格检查,并经心电图、超声心动图、多普勒血流、血清电解质、血尿素氮、血清肌酐检查和踏车运动试验(TET)等筛选。如筛选试验中有任何异常,对碘胺过敏或有任何妨碍利尿剂使用的情况者,均从此研究中剔除。
Diuretic therapy can produce false-positive responses to electrocardiographic motor responses. It has been suggested that, even if the serum potassium levels are normal, intracellular potassium can be reduced, causing abnormal ST-segment shift in motor responses. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of diuretic therapy on the ST segment of motor response. Subjects and Methods The study population consisted of 20 healthy male volunteers aged 18-35 years with no clinical signs of cardiovascular disease. Each subject was screened for history and physical examination, and screened by electrocardiogram, echocardiography, Doppler flow, serum electrolytes, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine test and treadmill exercise test (TET). Any abnormality in the screening test, allergy to iodine, or any condition that would interfere with the use of diuretic are excluded from this study.
