研究了利用多波长导数—最小二乘回归—紫外分光光度法同时测量水中NO_3和NO_2离子含量的方法。通过测试体系在pH=6~7,200~218nm的吸光度,利用多波长求导及最小二乘法计算水中NO_3和NO_2离子的含量,并与最大吸收峰值法及多波长线形回归法进行比较,结果表明,多波长导数—最小二乘回归优于后两者。
A method for simultaneous determination of NO 3 and NO 2 in water by multiwavelength derivative-least square regression-ultraviolet spectrophotometry was studied. The absorbance at pH = 6 ~ 7,200 ~ 218nm was measured by the test system. The content of NO_3 and NO_2 in water was calculated by multiwavelength derivation and least square method, and compared with the maximum absorption peak method and multi-wavelength linear regression method. Multiwavelength derivative - least squares regression is superior to the latter two.
