人民公社产生于1958年的“大跃进”运动中,在我国农村存在了20多年,在历史上留下了深深的印迹。在这20多年间,农村基层民主在公社高度集权的体制下以及各种政治运动中,屡屡遭到打击和破坏。本文拟按照人民公社各种历史事件发生的先后顺序,力求对这一时期北京农村基层的若干问题
People’s commune was born in 1958 “Great Leap Forward” movement, in our country more than 20 years in rural areas, left a deep imprint in history. In these 20 years, grassroots-level democracy in rural areas has been repeatedly hit and destroyed under the highly centralized system of communes and in various political campaigns. This article intends to follow the sequence of occurrences of various historical events of the people’s commune and seeks to make some suggestions on the issues concerning the rural grassroots in Beijing during this period
