我们对麦冬(Ophiopogon,japonicus)须根的脂溶性成分进行研究。应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱以及半制备液相色谱进行分离和纯化,应用波谱技术确定化合物的结构。从中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别是:2-羟基麦冬黄酮A(1),5,8-dimethoxy-6-methyl-7-hydroxy-3-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzyl)chroman-4-one(2),5,7-dihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-3-(4-bydfoxybenzyl)chroman-4-one(3),7,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxyflavanone(4),N-trans-coumaroyltyramine(5),N-trans-coumaroyloctopamine(6),N-trans-feruloyltyramine(7),对羟基桂皮酸(8),咖啡酸(9),阿魏酸(10)。化合物4,6,7,9,10首次从沿阶草属中分离得到。利用Hella、Hep2肿瘤细胞测定化合物1,2,4-7,9,10的细胞毒作用,1,2,5-7,9显示一定的细胞毒活性。
We studied the fat-soluble components of the fibrous roots of Ophiopogon (japonicus). Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column and semi-preparative liquid chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were determined by spectroscopic techniques. Ten compounds were isolated and identified as follows: 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl chroman-4 -one (2), 5,7-dihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-3- (4-bydfoxybenzyl) chroman- -coumaroyltyramine (5), N-trans-coumaroyloctopamine (6), N-trans-feruloyltyramine (7), p-hydroxycinnamic acid (8), caffeic acid (9), and ferulic acid (10). Compounds 4, 6, 7, 9 and 10 were isolated from Orcium spp. For the first time. The cytotoxicity of compounds 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, and 10 was measured using Hella, Hep2 tumor cells, and 1,2,5-7,9 showed some cytotoxic activity.
