目的 探讨先天性胃壁肌层缺损的X线表现特点及诊断方法。方法 搜集经手术病理证实的 6例先天性胃壁肌层缺损 ,立位腹部平片 6例共 8次 ,卧位腹部平片 4例 5次。结果 6例立位腹部平片均有膈下游离气体、膈膨升、横贯全腹的气液平面、胃泡消失的征象 ,并 4例有肝上缘轮廓显示 ;4例卧位腹部平片可见腹胀 ,气体增多 ,聚集于中腹部并向四周散布 ,腹壁脂肪线消失 ,肠壁花斑状即“足球征”。结论 根据X线表现并结合临床表现 ,可以诊断大部分典型病例
Objective To investigate the X-ray features and diagnosis of congenital gastric wall muscle defect. Methods Totally 6 cases of congenital wall muscular layer defect confirmed by operation and pathology were collected. There were 6 cases of abdominal plain film in standing position and 8 cases in total, and 4 cases of abdominal plain film in lying position were performed 5 times. Results All the 6 cases had the signs of free gas under the diaphragm, diaphragmatic enlargement, gas-liquid level across the entire abdomen and disappearance of the gastric bubble, and 4 cases showed the outline of the upper edge of the liver. Visible abdominal distension, increased gas, gathered in the middle and spread to the surrounding abdominal fat line disappeared, intestinal wall spot that “football sign.” Conclusion According to the X-ray findings and combined with clinical manifestations, most of the typical cases can be diagnosed
