采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)对参加游泳锻炼的中老年人进行调查,从心理功能维度和社会功能维度,对长期参加游泳锻炼的中老年人与偶尔游泳的中老年人进行比较。结果表明:长期游泳锻炼有助于中老年人的心理健康;长期参加游泳锻炼是一项非常有益于中老年人社会化的活动;长期游泳锻炼的中老年人生活质量较高。
The GQOLI-74 questionnaire was used to investigate the middle-aged and elderly people who participated in the swimming exercise. The psycho-functional dimension and social function dimension were used to compare the middle-aged and elderly people who swim for a long time. The results showed that: long-term swimming exercise is helpful to the mental health of middle-aged and elderly people; long-term participation in swimming exercise is a very beneficial activity for middle-aged and elderly people; long-term swimming exercise has higher quality of life in middle-aged and elderly people.
