目的通过对比研究gke-BD模拟测试装置和传统B-D测试布包在预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器中的应用效果,对两者的性能进行评价。方法将gke-BD模拟测试装置按《消毒技术规范》要求摆放在灭菌器的舱内下部靠近门处,距离舱底部约10~20 cm。结果自制B-D试验包受时间、温度、包装材质等诸多因素影响,合格率为94%,gke-BD模拟测试装置不受人为因素影响,监测灵敏度高、避免假阳性结果的出现,合格率100%。结论 gke-BD测试系统不受水分和任何其他因素的影响,不但模拟了传统B-D测试布包,而且也测试了蒸汽对空腔器材负载的蒸汽穿透能力,使其更加能保证灭菌效果。
Objective To evaluate the performance of both gke-BD simulator and traditional B-D test cloth in pre-vacuum steam sterilizer. Methods gke-BD simulation test device according to “disinfection technical specifications” placed in the lower part of the sterilizer cabin near the door, from the bottom of the tank about 10 ~ 20 cm. Results The self-made BD test package was affected by many factors such as time, temperature and packaging material, with a pass rate of 94%. The gke-BD simulation test device was not influenced by human factors and had high monitoring sensitivity to avoid false positive results. The pass rate was 100% . Conclusion The gke-BD test system is immune to moisture and any other factors, not only simulating traditional B-D test kits but also testing the steam penetration capacity of the steam to the cavity equipment load to ensure more sterilization.
