在农业银行转换为国有商业银行的第一年,农行干部学校应认真总结经验,注意研究改革中出现的新情况、新问题,坚定教学方向,改进教学方法,拓宽教学领域。不断提高教学质量,以质量求生存、求发展,为开创农金教育新局面再作新贡献。据此,笔者提出以下粗浅的看法:一、继续办好商业银行业务培训班,适应国有商业银行业务发展的需要。农行干校要在认真总结以往办短期培训班的办班经验的基础上,继续办好商业银行业务培训班,为提高国有商业银行干部职工的政治、业务素质再作新的贡献。二、为适应农业银行、农村信用社业务经营现代化的需要,各级行正积极普及
In the first year of converting Agricultural Bank of China into a state-owned commercial bank, the ABC cadres and schools should conscientiously sum up their experiences, pay attention to studying new situations and problems emerging in the reform, strengthen teaching directions, improve teaching methods and broaden teaching areas. Constantly improve the quality of teaching, quality of survival, and development, to create a new situation in education of agricultural gold to make new contributions.
