本文采用热跟踪测试法现场实测了连铸坯在整个传搁过程中的温度变化,在验证在线数学模型正确可靠的基础上,开发了连铸坯热送热装热过程温降规律的在线控制和管理数学模型。该模型经现场试运行,结果表明:与人工不定期实测相比,在纷数学模型计算出的连铸坯热状态参数具有连续、准确、快捷等优点,实现了连铸坯热状态参数的计算机在线控制和管理,满足实际生产要求。
