近十年来,随着高血压知识的普及和高血压的有效防治,脑出血的发生率已经有所下降,但脑出血后的死亡率和致残率无明显改观,尽管有卒中单元(或神经重症监护)治疗,但其预后仍不理想。最近几年很多研究表明内皮祖细胞(EPCs)在脑出血后血-脑屏障修复过程、血管新生和神经发生有着非常积极的作用,它为临床治疗打开了一个新领域。本研究就脑出血患者循环EPCs数量、功能变化以及研究意义做一综述。
