氮气正压射孔是在油管传送负压射孔的基础上 ,利用氮气膨胀能和射孔弹爆炸能 ,使孔眼周围形成微裂缝 ,消除压实带 ,提高射孔效率的早期增产新技术。 1996~ 1999年 ,该技术先后在吐哈油田试验应用 19次 ,取得了良好效果。
Nitrogen positive pressure perforation is a new technology of early stimulation based on the transmission of negative pressure perforation through the tubing and the utilization of the nitrogen expansion energy and the projectile detonation energy to form micro-cracks around the perforations, eliminate the compaction belt and improve the perforation efficiency. From 1996 to 1999, the technology has been applied 19 times in the Turpan-Hami oilfield test and achieved good results.
