随着我国加入WTO,中国经济在全球经济一体化进程中实现了快速发展,国内市场在外国资本、技术、人才的迅速进入冲击下,行业之间、企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,国家也通过各种政策和经济手段加大了对市场、产业结构的改革,尤其在近两年来重点加大了对国有企业改革的力度。作为老国有施工企业,必须借鉴先进的管理模式,建立和完善一整套先进的管理制度,通过转机建制,最大限度地解放生产力,才能适应形势发展的需要。
With China’s accession to the WTO, the Chinese economy has achieved rapid development in the process of global economic integration. With the rapid entry of foreign capital, technology, and talent in the domestic market, the competition between industries and enterprises has become increasingly fierce. Through various policies and economic measures, reforms in the market and industrial structure have also been stepped up. In particular, in the past two years, the emphasis has been on the reform of state-owned enterprises. As an old state-owned construction enterprise, we must learn from advanced management models, establish and improve a complete set of advanced management systems, and through the establishment of turn-key mechanisms to maximize the liberation of productivity in order to adapt to the needs of the development of the situation.
