比较了在不同高温条件下 6个甘蓝育种材料的热害表现 ,对其进行了幼苗的电解质渗透率测定、人工气候箱高温胁迫鉴定以及夏季日光温室高温鉴定 ,结果表明 ,电解质渗透率测定、夏季日光温室高温鉴定基本能反映甘蓝耐热性差异 ,但难以区分耐热和较耐热品种的差异。而以甘蓝叶片发黄萎蔫为热害指标的人工气候箱高温胁迫鉴定方法可以明显地反映出甘蓝的耐热性差异 ,并确定在 36 .5℃恒温下对甘蓝幼苗进行 6d(天 )的处理是甘蓝耐热性选择的适宜压力
The thermotolerance of 6 cabbage breeding materials under different high temperature conditions was compared. The electrolyte permeability of seedlings was determined, and the identification of high temperature stress in artificial climate chamber and the identification of high temperature in greenhouse in summer were conducted.
