在青少年中长跑训练过程中,掌握运动员的情绪、心理状态变化是保证训练课质量的重要环节。传统训练方法没有运用情知互促的教学手段,每一堂课的训练效果达不到最大化。而中长跑是一项艰苦的运动,必须长期坚持科学、系统的训练,所以监督运动员情绪、心理变化,采取适当激励措施,对完成教学目标可取到事半功倍的效果。情绪调节教学法在专业体校中长跑训练课上应用还不广泛。笔者通过对12名体校运动员情绪调节的教学干预8周,引导激发学生训练课中的最佳竞技状态,建立一种情绪调节的新型课堂教学模式。旨在贯彻素质教育的思想,探索一种与素质教育相吻合的、完整的、人性化的教学模式,培养身心和谐发展的合格运动人才。
In the course of adolescent middle and long distance training, mastering the emotion and mental state of athletes is an important part of ensuring the quality of training courses. The traditional training methods do not use the teaching method of mutual affection and knowledge, and the effect of training in each class can not be maximized. However, middle and long distance running is a tough sport. Scientific and systematic training must be persisted for a long time. Therefore, monitoring athletes’ emotional and psychological changes and adopting appropriate incentive measures will achieve a multiplier effect on accomplishment of teaching objectives. Emotion regulation teaching method is not widely used in long-distance training courses in professional schools. The author through eight pairs of emotional intervention in school sports athletes 8 weeks intervention to guide the best students in the training of competitive state, the establishment of a new emotional regulation of the classroom teaching mode. The aim is to carry out the idea of quality education and to explore a complete and humane teaching mode that is consistent with quality education so as to cultivate qualified sports talents with harmonious development of body and mind.
