对于抚顺、茂名、黄县及美国Co1orado油页岩,利用热重分析仪,以5℃/分的升温速率进行了热解实验。采用若干个不同表观活化能E_j和不同视频率因子A_j的平行一级反应模型,对实验数据进行了处理,求得了有关的动力学参数。然后,进一步考察了各参数间的关系,得到了X_∞(j)-E_j及lnAj-E_j关联式。关联式表明:各个平行反应的最终转化率X_∞(j)就其表观活化能来说,服从e的指数分布;各个平行反应的视频率因子A j的对数lnA_j和表观活化能E_j服从直线关系。由此关系可以推出:所有平行反应在某一特定温度下都具有一个相同的反应速率常数.
For Fushun, Maoming, Huangxian and Co1orado oil shale in the United States, pyrolysis experiments were carried out at a heating rate of 5 ℃ / min using a thermogravimetric analyzer. Several parallel first-order reaction models with different apparent activation energies E_j and different video frequency factors A_j were used to process the experimental data, and the related kinetic parameters were obtained. Then, the relationship between the parameters is further investigated, and the correlations of X_∞ (j) -E_j and lnAj-E_j are obtained. The correlation shows that the final conversion rate X_∞ (j) of each parallel reaction obeys the exponential distribution of e for its apparent activation energy; the logarithm lnA_j and the apparent activation energy E_j of the video frequency factor A j of each parallel reaction Obedience to linear relations. From this relationship it can be deduced that all parallel reactions have an identical reaction rate constant at a particular temperature.
