治疗褥疮,必须采取全身与局部相结合的治疗原则和中西医结合的治疗方法,根据褥疮发展的不同时期,进行相应的适当处理。褥疮分期炎症期:创面及周围组织炎症浸润,组织肿胀,并有扩散趋势。溃疡期:皮肤及浅层组织溃破形成溃疡,有大量液体渗出,长期不愈合。坏死期:感染化脓,皮下组织、筋膜、肌肉、韧带甚至骨膜发生坏死,疮腔深、大,可有窦道或死腔存在。
