绘画的精髓就是创造空间,从事空间艺术造型就不得不研究“维”—这个把握和展现时空的层次问题。维感觉元素自由地构成的视觉形式,是媒介形式的视觉艺术形式。我国美术院校的教学,从低年级素描到高年级毕业创作,自始至终都把三维表现作为辅导学生掌握空间造型的唯一手段,而且学生只能遵循三维的法则塑造艺术形象,这是不正确的。运用多维次的造型手法,能给作者创作时极大的自由,当然,运用一维、二维,四维或五维的艺术造型还必须要有广博的修养和艺术的想象力。
