晋元高中:“走班制”教学和“套餐式”课程1998年,晋元高级中学把“以学生发展为本”的教育理念具体化为“学会选择,主动学习,卓越发展”的学校办学理念,构建了“以套餐式的组合课程为学校教育理念实施的载体,以走班制学习组织方式为基本实施形式,以现代信息技术为基本特征的课堂教学环境”的教育模式。记者点评:晋元高中的“走班制”探索在全国不算最早,但却是最具代表性的。“走班制”教学,在于承认学生的差异及发展的不平衡性,“套餐式”课程则是在承认学生差异的基础上提出的一种个性化课程。两者的结合,实现了为每个学生提供适合其发展需求的学习环境的目标,从而使学生真正成为学习的主体,并获得更充分的发展。
