采用T分支元件的毫米波反射系数之测量

在毫米波段,电路与元件的损耗比在微波波段大,测量电路复杂化,从损耗增大这一点来说,它不是所希望的。另外,毫米波电路元件价格太昂贵,从经济方面来看,也是一个问题。为了采用尽可能简单的测量电路,在宽频带以较短的时间测量毫米波束电路的反射系数,本文提出了一种测量方法。这就是在无调整的T分支元件连接振荡源、检测器组成的简单电路中,采用可动短路器事先测量该系统的常数,接着用数个标准线路等效地使负载反射系数的相位变化,根据检测器的指示值计算反射系数。34.OGHz的实验结果表明了这种方法的有效性。对反射系数的振幅为0.3来说,误差评价的结果为2.7%,但要更正确地决定短路器的长度,还有待于达到更高的测量精度。 In the millimeter wave band, the loss of the circuit and the components is larger than that in the microwave band, the measurement circuit is complicated, and it is not desirable from the point of view of increased loss. The result of the error evaluation is 2.7% for an amplitude of the reflection coefficient of 0.3, but a more accurate measurement is required to determine the length of the short circuit more accurately.
