目的:研究非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)初诊和化疗过程中血清脂联素、瘦素和抵抗素水平的变化。方法:选择45例接受相同的化疗方案的NHL患者,选择50例健康成年人作为对照组。用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定治疗过程中血清中的脂联素、瘦素和抵抗素水平的变化,同时测定血清中的乳酸脱氢酶浓度。结果:初诊时患者血清中的脂联素水平明显降低(P<0.01),而瘦素和抵抗素的表达明显增高(P<0.01)。经过化疗后,NHL患者血清中的脂联素水平呈现明显上升的趋势(P<0.01),而瘦素和抵抗素水平出现明显下降的趋势(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示治疗过程中的乳酸脱氢酶与脂联素水平呈现明显的负相关(r=-0.635,P=0.003),而与瘦素和抵抗素呈现明显的正相关(分别为r=0.532,P=0.025和r=0.637,P=0.012)。结论:NHL初诊时血清中的脂联素水平明显降低,瘦素和抵抗素水平明显增高,这3种脂肪素的水平随着NHL治疗的进展逐渐趋于正常。
Objective: To study the changes of serum adiponectin, leptin and resistin during the initial diagnosis and chemotherapy of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Methods: Forty-five NHL patients receiving the same chemotherapy regimen were selected and 50 healthy adults were selected as control group. Serum levels of adiponectin, leptin and resistin in the course of treatment were measured by double-antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA, and the concentration of lactate dehydrogenase in serum was also determined. Results: Serum levels of adiponectin were significantly lower (P <0.01) and leptin and resistin were significantly higher in newly diagnosed patients (P <0.01). After chemotherapy, serum adiponectin levels in NHL patients showed a significant upward trend (P <0.01), while leptin and resistin levels showed a significant decrease (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between lactate dehydrogenase and adiponectin level (r = -0.635, P = 0.003), but positively correlated with leptin and resistin (r = 0.532, P = 0.025 and r = 0.637, P = 0.012). Conclusions: Serum levels of adiponectin were significantly decreased and leptin and resistin levels were significantly elevated in patients with NHL. The levels of these three fatty acids tended to be normal with the progression of NHL.
