由于装饰装修工程是对建筑物最后的完善,其施工质量直接体现于外表和使用功能。此外,施工现场涉及并参与的施工人员、管理人员,总数庞大,且分工复杂,需要多人协作完成。所以,施工的现场管理是工程项目管理的重要部分,目的在于提高工程的总体质量。本文将对“如何做好装饰装修施工的现场管理与协调”进行分析,提出笔者看法及建议。
