企业的发展受到自身分配制度的影响,并且企业吸引人才的主要优势在于企业合理的工资分配制度和企业的发展前景。可见,岗位绩效制度对于企业的发展具有很重要的作用。所以本文先分析了现阶段企业工资管理岗位绩效实施中的问题,然后详细阐述了如何采用科学的措施,实施企业工资管理岗位绩效以提高企业的核心竞争力。
