通过对12面蒸压加气混凝土(ALC)墙体试件的低周往复试验,对此类外挂墙体在地震作用下的滞回性能进行研究。蒸压加气混凝土板材与主体结构的外挂连接方式采用传统勾头螺栓节点、新型直螺栓节点和预埋件直螺栓节点,考虑板材配筋、板材拼接工法及门窗洞口对墙体抗震性能的影响,分析结构的破坏模式、刚度退化、变形及滞回性能等。试验结果表明:弹塑性层间位移角达到1/50时,破坏主要集中在节点周围、板材角部和拼接缝,外挂墙板自身未发生严重损坏其整体性较好。新型直螺栓节点和新型预埋件直螺栓节点可以较好地实现墙板在往复荷载作用时的摇摆功能,降低罕遇地震作用下墙体板材的破坏。研究成果有助于蒸压加气混凝土墙板在高层居住建筑中的应用。
The hysteretic behavior of such external walls under earthquake action was studied by low-cycle reciprocating tests on 12 AAC specimens. The external connection between the autoclaved aerated concrete sheet and the main structure adopts the traditional hook head node, the new straight bolt node and the embedded bolt node. Considering the influence of the plate reinforcement, the plate splicing method and the openings of doors and windows on the seismic performance of the wall, , Analysis of the failure mode of the structure, stiffness degradation, deformation and hysteretic performance. The test results show that when the displacement angle between elastic and plastic layers reaches 1/50, the damage is mainly concentrated around the joints, and the corners and splices of the plate are not seriously damaged. The new type straight bolt joint and the new type embedded straight bolt joint can well realize the swinging function of the wall plate under the reciprocating load and reduce the damage of the wall plate under the rare earthquake. The research results contribute to the application of autoclaved aerated concrete wall panels in high-rise residential buildings.
