ERP系统简单地说是资金和物流的集成,形成科学的管理体系,标准体系将成本计划控制,以及核算分析改进有机结合起来,真正做到领导和部门对成本构成实时了解控制。标准控制是ERP环境下的发展方向,成就财务与生产系统同步,根本上改变企业成本数据,正式实现经营成本的计划控制。产品成本产生后反摊到各物料的不良做法。本文将理论与控制结合起来,构成ERP环境下现代控制模式。
ERP system is simply the integration of capital and logistics, the formation of a scientific management system, the standard system of cost control plans, as well as accounting analysis and improve the organic combination of real leadership and departmental real-time understanding of cost control. Standard control is the development direction of the ERP environment, the achievement of financial and production systems simultaneously, fundamentally change the cost data of enterprises, the formal realization of the planned cost of operating control. After the production cost of the product, it is counterproductive to the bad practices of each material. This article combines theory with control to form a modern control model in an ERP environment.
