全球化发展促进了海外直接投资的快速增长和全球外包网络的形成,全球价值链随之成为新的经济组织方式。文章以液晶电视产业全球价值链为例,首先划分了液晶电视全球价值链的组织模块,并以微笑曲线理论探讨了液晶电视全球价值链的价值分配过程;其次;分析了液晶电视全球价值链的空间结构、驱动模式;在此基础上论述了液晶电视全球价值链的各模块之间的关系及空间治理关系。
Globalization has promoted the rapid growth of overseas direct investment and the formation of a global outsourcing network. As a result, the global value chain has become a new economic organization. Taking the global value chain of the LCD TV industry as an example, the article first divides the organization module of the global value chain of the liquid crystal television and discusses the value distribution of the global value chain of the LCD TV with the smile curve theory. Secondly, it analyzes the global value chain of the LCD TV Space structure and driving mode. On the basis of this, the relationship between each module in the GSM global value chain and the spatial governance are discussed.
