目的:分析营养健康教育在促进大学生良好饮食习惯形成中的效果评价。方法:选择我校选修健康教育课的大学生184例,采用问卷调查的方法对这些学生的学习前及学习后的饮食的习惯进行调查,并对所得的数据进行统计学的处理。结果:通过对学习前及学习后的大学生的饮食习惯进行比较,得到学习后大学生的一些不良的饮食习惯得到了显著的改善,差异具有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养健康教育用于促进大学生良好饮食习惯形成中的效果比较显著,能使大学生的不良的饮食习惯得以改善,减少营养不良及营养过剩的发生,对大学生的健康起到了促进的作用,应在大学生的学习中积极的应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect evaluation of nutritional health education in promoting the formation of good eating habits of college students. Methods: A total of 184 college students enrolled in our elective health education class were enrolled in this study. The questionnaires were used to investigate the pre-study and post-mortem diet habits of these students, and the data were statistically processed. Results: Compared with the eating habits of college students before and after undergraduates, some unhealthy eating habits of undergraduates got a significant improvement, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nutritional health education is more effective in promoting the formation of good eating habits among college students, and can improve the bad eating habits of undergraduates and reduce the occurrence of malnutrition and overnutrition, which promotes the health of college students.
