城市建设经历了飞速发展的过程,如今已开始逐渐过渡到平稳前进的阶段。而由城市建设催生的进城务工农民群体在社会主义建设过程中也日益壮大,群体特征更具时代特点,与之息息相关的权益保障问题必将呈现与过去不同的新局面。本课题将从各个方面对进城务工农民的劳动权益状况进行调查研究,旨在发现现阶段农民工劳动权益保障的新型突出问题,并对这些新问题提出具有实际操作性和建设性的解决措施设想,以帮助进城务工农民这一弱势群体更有效的通过法律维权,从而促进社会的稳定与和谐发展。
Urban construction has undergone rapid development and has now begun to gradually transition to a steady stream of progress.
