为了应对LED产业发展中技术技能型人才严重匮乏现状,我校组建了应用电子技术专业(LED新型电光源方向)。在培养模式中,该专业采用外延生长培养模式,通过校企协同创新实训基地,特别是光电学院,由LED企业技术专家组和学校双师型教师组联合挖掘产业中技术技能型人才所要求具备的相应知识、技术与技能,以此研究出相应的课程体系、教学模式和考核方式等举措,让学生能在学校和企业双平台上,由学校专业教师和企业专业技术人员辅导下,培养成为LED产业发展中不可或缺的具有再学习能力和岗位创新创业能力的技术技能人才。
