乳化炸药的水相小滴分布在连续油相中,油相物质在各水相小滴周围形成极薄的膜。这样形成的点滴,其外形尺寸小于微米,混合率为总混合物的90%以上。剩下的油相物质比率较小(约5%),要求在生产过程中有相当充分的搅拌。这是一种相当特别的油包水乳化剂。水相由矿用硝酸盐的浓溶液组成。
The aqueous droplets of emulsion explosives are distributed in the continuous oil phase, which forms an extremely thin membrane around each water phase droplet. The dots formed in this way have an external dimension of less than micrometers and a mixing ratio of more than 90% of the total mixture. The remaining low ratio of the oil phase (about 5%) requires adequate mixing during the production process. This is a very special water-in-oil emulsifier. The aqueous phase consists of a concentrated solution of mineral nitrate.
