在经济犯罪中,伪造、变造票据进行诈骗时有发生。但利用摹仿、复写并添加涂改几种手段伪造同一份票据进行作案的尚属少见。既有较大的欺骗性,又增加了检验难度,检验中也易出现分歧和两种相反的结论。本文谈了笔者如何正确认识检材、认定作案人的一些作法和体会。 In economic crimes, forgery, alteration of bills for fraud have occurred.
