[目的]调查江南某城市饮用水中微囊藻毒素[MCs(MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR)]浓度,并进行初步健康风险评估。[方法]2010年6月—2011年5月,按月采集各城区饮用水样品,经C18固相萃取柱净化富集后,采用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾三重四级杆串联质谱对3种典型的MCs进行定量分析,并应用水环境健康风险评价模型对监测结果进行初步评价。[结果]从季节性变化看,MCs全年均有检出,浓度在ND~16.3ng/L,以MC-LR为主,其中8月达最高值;部分城区饮用水中多个月份中的MC-LR浓度超过10.0ng/L;由于供水差异,各区浓度差异较大,浓度最低的城区年平均值为0.2ng/L,最高者年平均值为6.7ng/L。个人年健康风险值范围为(0.15×10-6~5.62×10-6)/a。各城区饮用水中MCs所导致的健康风险低于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)和美国环境保护署(US EPA)的推荐值[(5×10-5)/a和(1×10-4)/a]。[结论]供水水质不均衡,饮用水中藻毒素浓度差异较大,大部分城区中饮用水存在一定的健康风险。
[Objective] To investigate the concentration of microcystins [MCs (MC-LR, MC-RR, MC-YR)] in drinking water in a city in the south of Yangtze River and evaluate the preliminary health risk. [Method] From June 2010 to May 2011, samples of drinking water in urban areas were collected on a monthly basis. The samples were purified by C18 solid phase extraction column and purified by ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray triple quadrupole mass spectrometry The typical MCs were quantitatively analyzed, and the water environment health risk assessment model was used to evaluate the monitoring results. [Result] From the seasonal changes, MCs were detected all year round with the concentration ranging from ND to 16.3 ng / L, with MC-LR as the main one, with the highest value in August; in some urban areas, The concentration of MC-LR exceeded 10.0ng / L. Due to the difference in water supply, the concentrations of different regions varied greatly. The average concentration of MC-LR in urban areas was 0.2ng / L and the highest was 6.7ng / L. The range of individual annual health risk is (0.15 × 10-6 ~ 5.62 × 10-6) / a. The health risks associated with MCs in drinking water in urban areas are lower than the recommended values [(5 × 10-5) / a and (1 × 10-4)) of the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) and the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) / a]. [Conclusion] The quality of water supply was not balanced, and the concentration of algae toxins in drinking water varied greatly. The drinking water in most urban areas had certain health risks.
