振动气吸式穴盘精量播种装置是利用振动气吸原理,使种子在种子盘上克服相互间内磨擦力而产生有利于吸种的“沸腾”运动。根据气体动力学和散粒体动力学理论,建立了振动气吸式精播装置的吸种运动场和振动场的数学模型,分析了种子在吸种场中的运动规律及其影响因素,并验证了其正确性,为该播种设备的结构设计、参数选择提供了理论基础。
The vibrating air suction type tray precision sowing device utilizes the principle of vibrating air suction to make the seeds overcome the frictional force in the seed tray to produce the “boiling” movement which is beneficial to suction. According to the theory of gas dynamics and granular particle dynamics, a mathematical model of suctioning motion field and vibration field of vibrating airborne precision sowing device is set up. The movement rules of seeds and their influencing factors are analyzed and verified Its correctness provides the theoretical basis for the structural design and parameter selection of the sowing equipment.
